Section 4: Election of members

4. Election of members (1) The election of members of the Council shall be conducted by the supervising officer. (2) No person shall be eligible to vote at the election of members of the Council unless his name appears in the register of members. (3) The members of the Council shall be elected by the vote of a majority of members of the Society present. (4) Where there is an equality of votes in respect of the election of members of the Council, an election shall be held for those members.
