41F. Offence under Part VA
Any person who breeds an animal for the purpose
of competition, production of pure-bred animals or leisure
without being the holder of an Animal Breeder Permit shall
commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine
not exceeding 50,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term
not exceeding 2 years.
