50A. Power to make rules
(1) The Bank may make such rules as it may determine
for the purpose of the banking laws.
(2) Any rules made by the Bank under subsection (1)
shall not require the prior approval of the Minister and shall be
published in the Gazette.
(h) by inserting, after section 51A, the following new section –
