14. The person presiding at a meeting of creditors shall cause minutes to be
kept and duly entered in a book, of all resolutions and proceedings of such meeting, and any such minutes, if purporting to be signed by the Chairperson of the
meeting at which such resolutions were passed or proceedings had, shall be
received as evidence in all legal proceedings.
