2. (1) The Official Receiver shall summon the meeting by notices published in
the Gazette and 2 daily newspapers, 5 days at least before the day fixed for the
meeting.
(2) Meetings subsequent to the first, shall be summoned by letter, by sending a notice of the time and place thereof to each creditor at the address given in
his proof, or if he has not proved, at the address given on the debtor’s statement
of affairs, or such other address as may be known to the Official Receiver.
