16A. Registration certificate
(1) Every contract research organisation which
intends to obtain a registration certificate shall make a written
application to the Council in such form and manner as the
Council may determine.
(2) An application made under subsection (1) shall
be accompanied by –
(a) the prescribed application fee; and
(b) such documents and information as may
be prescribed.
