Section 11: Except in the case of a company to which section 223 (8) of the Act

11. Except in the case of a company to which section 223 (8) of the Act applies, the following information relating to past and present shareholders of the company— (a) the names and addresses (other than residential) of all the shareholders of the company; (b) the names and addresses (other than residential) of all persons who ceased to be shareholders of the company— (i) since the date of the last annual return; or (ii) in the case of the first annual return of a company registered under the Act, since the date of its incorporation; (c) the number of shares held by each shareholder; (d) the shares transferred by existing shareholders or past shareholders (including the dates of registration of the transfers)— (i) since the last annual return; or (ii) in the case of the first annual return of a company registered under the Act, since the date of its incorporation; (e) where the names are not arranged in an alphabetical order, having annexed thereto an index sufficient to enable the name of any person to be easily found.
