4. Purchase or other acquisition of own shares
(1) Authority to acquire own shares
For the purposes of section 68, the company shall be expressly authorised
to purchase or otherwise acquire shares issued by it.
(2) Authority to hold own shares
Subject to any restrictions or conditions imposed by law, the company shall
be expressly authorised to hold shares acquired by it pursuant to section 68
or 110.
