161. Motion for separate trial – After ruling, case continued before a different Bench—The Court reviewed the several decisions of the Court and of the Judicial Committee on the principle that the Court which adjudicates on a case should hear all the evidence. HELD as the first bench had only adjudicated on the motion of the appellant for a separate trial without hearing evidence he had had a fair hearing. Makound v State (1997).
