204. Public Officers Protection Ordinance (now Act) – Section 4—The impugned section, which requires a litigant to follow a certain procedure and
enter his action within a fixed time limit, on pain of nullity, is not repugnant
to section 3 or 10 of the Constitution, and the question whether the specified time limit is reasonable cannot arise. Jeekahrajee v Registrar of Cooperatives (1978).
