306. Order prohibiting introduction of Bills—The applicant asks, ex parte,
for leave to seek an order to prohibit the respondent, the Prime Minister,
from introducing 2 Bills to the National Assembly with the object of amending the Constitution and the Representation of the People Act.
The application is an abuse of process. The Court will not usurp the Assembly’s powers by preventing it from considering those Bills. Keetarut v
