48. Commission on the Prerogative of Mercy – Advice to the President—By
virtue of sections 118 and 119 of the Constitution the Supreme Court has

jurisdiction to review the advice tendered to the President by the Commission on the Prerogative of Mercy so as to enquire whether it has performed
