3. Article 50 (2) in the First Schedule may be applied as if—
(a) it were among the Articles mentioned in Article 58 (2) in that
Schedule;
(b) the reference to consular employees included members of the service
staff and also such members of the families of consular employees or
of members of the service staff as form part of their households; and
(c) the words “in respect of articles imported at the time of first installation” were omitted.
