1. Register of workers where dangerous chemicals, excluding pesticides, are
used
(1) Every employer shall keep a register specifying—
(a) the names and addresses of all workers employed by him;
(b) the specified chemical substance with which the worker has worked;
(c) the particular operation on which the worker was employed.
(2) The employer shall keep the register for a period of at least 5 years after
the date of the last entry.
