Section 1:

1. In this Schedule— “authorised officer” means a police officer or a road transport inspector; “dangerous goods registration plate” means a metal plate of 400 mm in length and 300 mm in height of orange and red colours with a 15 mm border in black; “goods vehicle” has the same meaning as in the Road Traffic Act; “internal transport” means the transport within a confined area not open to the public; “safety data sheet” means an information sheet according to the Eleventh Schedule; “transport” means the transport carried out in all areas accessible to the public and includes restricted areas such as the harbour, the aerodrome and the premises of larger companies with mixed traffic.
