10. For the purpose of the Act labelling requirements shall be deemed to be
satisfied where—
(a) one or more inner packages labelled in accordance with this Schedule
are contained in an outer packaging, and the outer packaging is

labelled at least in accordance with international or national rules on
transport of dangerous chemicals; or
(b) a single package is used and it is labelled in accordance with international or national rules on transport of dangerous chemicals, and with
the provisions of paragraph 2 (1) (a), (c), (d), (e) and (f) and paragraph 3 (a), (c), (d), (e) and (f).
