5. (1) Where the label of a chemical bears the name of an ingredient, internationally recognised nomenclature shall be used, primarily the name used in
EINECS (European Inventory of Existing Commercial Chemical Substances).
(2) For chemicals included in the List of Dangerous Chemicals, the name
appearing from the list shall be used.
