1A. Distributed generation licence
The Authority may issue a distributed generation
licence authorising the licensee to construct, own, operate
and maintain a generating station using renewable energy
and connected to the distribution system for the purposes of
generating, consuming, supplying and selling or not selling
electricity to the holder of a distribution licence or the holder
of single buyer licence, as may be applicable.
