14D. Availability of contract terms
Where the terms of a contract are negotiated by means of
electronic communications, each party shall ensure that the other
party is provided, in a clear and accessible manner, with the electronic
communications containing the contractual terms, and shall remain
subject to the legal consequences of any failure to do so.
