17A. Incomplete applications
An application shall be deemed to have been withdrawn
where –
(a) the application does not satisfy the requirements
referred to in section 16 or provided in any
guidelines issued by the Commission; or
(b) the applicant has not submitted information as
required under section 17 to the satisfaction of
the Commission.
