10. Tamarind and Terre Rouge Ranges
On the sea the base line shall be the Coast Road, commencing at the Tamarind River and ending at Grande Rivière Noire; thence up Grande Rivière Noire to
its source on the south side; and up to Tamarin River and its source on the north
side. On the east side the base line shall be the public road between Henrietta
mill and Tamarind Falls mill.
