101. Security to be furnished to Authority
For the purposes of securing the payment of any debt due to persons
playing gaming house games, gaming machines, limited payout machines,
sweepstakes, lottery games or VLTs or placing bets or participating in pool
betting or lotteries, any person specified in the Fourth Schedule shall, at the
time the licence is issued or renewed, furnish to the Authority security by

Gambling Regulatory Authority Act
means of a bank guarantee or a deposit in the amount specified in that
Schedule corresponding to the licence, for such period as may be approved
by the Board.
