109D. Connection to server of Authority
Every betting operator shall cause its server and
terminals to be connected to the server of the Authority.
(am) in section 126, by adding the following new subsection –
(3) The Board may waive the whole or part of any
penalty referred to in section 94B where the Board is satisfied
that failure to comply with that section was attributable to a
just or reasonable cause.
