Section 11A: Responsible Gambling and Capacity Building Fund

11A. Responsible Gambling and Capacity Building Fund The Authority shall set up a Responsible Gambling and Capacity Building Fund— (a) into which shall be paid the levy raised from licensees; and (b) out of which shall be paid such sums as the Managing Committee may approve for— (i) developing and implementing a responsible gambling programme for the public; (ii) identifying and addressing the ills associated with the gambling industry; (iii) capacity building at the Authority; (iv) ensuring integrity and best practices in the gambling industry; (v) any other purpose as the Board may determine.
