Section 11B: Administration of Responsible Gambling and Capacity Building Fund

11B. Administration of Responsible Gambling and Capacity Building Fund (1) The Responsible Gambling and Capacity Building Fund shall be administered by a Managing Committee which shall consist of a chairperson and not more than 4 other persons, to be appointed by the Board after consultation with the Minister. (2) The Managing Committee shall hold its meetings at such time and place as the Chairperson may determine. (3) The Managing Committee shall regulate its meetings and proceedings in such manner as it may determine. (4) Notwithstanding subsections (2) and (3), the Managing Committee shall, where required by the Minister or Board— (a) furnish information in respect of its activities; and (b) comply with such directions of a general character as the Minister or Board considers necessary in the public interest.
