134C. Non-compliance by horse racing organiser
A horse racing organiser that contravenes this Act or
any condition, rules, directions or any guidelines imposed or
issued by the Authority shall commit an offence and shall, on
conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than 200,000 rupees
and not exceeding one million rupees.
