142. Providing credit for gambling
(1) A licensee conducting gambling shall not offer or provide credit where
the licensee knows or ought to know that the credit is intended to be used
for gambling.
(2) No person shall solicit or request from a licensee conducting gambling
credit facilities to be used for gambling.
(3) Any licensee who fails to comply with this section shall commit an
offence.
