151. Tampering with items subject to seizure
(1) Where any money, security for money, gaming machine, equipment
or other thing is seized pursuant to section 154 and sealed, no person shall
tamper with the seal.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall commit an offence,
and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 50,000 rupees and
to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.
