158. Complaints
(1) Any person who is aggrieved by any act or omission in respect of any
activity regulated under this Act may make a complaint in writing to the
Authority.
(2) Subject to subsection (3), the Authority shall investigate any complaint made under subsection (1).
(3) The Authority shall not investigate a complaint where it is made more
than one month after the date of the act or omission.
