15D. Rules of racing
(1) A horse racing organiser shall implement
the Rules of Racing, as well as any other rule, direction or
guideline, issued by the Horse Racing Division, that affect the
organisation of horse racing.
(2) The Rules of Racing, any other rule, direction
or guideline issued by the Horse Racing Division shall be
consistent with –
(a) this Act;
(b) the regulations made under section 164;
(c) the directions given under section 100; and
(d) such international best practices as the
Horse Racing Committee may approve.
