162. Legal proceedings
(1) No action shall be commenced against the Authority before the expiry
of one month after written notice of an intention to do so has been served
on the Authority by or on behalf of the plaintiff.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) shall clearly state—
(a) the particulars of the claim;
(b) the name, address and occupation of the plaintiff; and
(c) the relief claimed.
(3) Any summons, notice or other document required or authorised to be
served on the Authority may be served by delivery to the Chief Executive at
the office of the Authority.
(4) Service of any process by or on behalf of the Authority may be effected by or on behalf of the Chief Executive.
