22. Recovery of gambling debts Notwithstanding article 1965 of the Code Civil Mauricien, an action shall lie for the recovery of any gambling debt incurred by any person at a casino in respect of gambling at the casino. (S. 22 came into operation on 6 December 2007.) PART V – GAMING HOUSES
