29C. Operation of limited payout machine
(1) A limited payout machine operator shall not—
(a) install a limited payout machine on a site, or allow such a
machine to be made available for playing, unless that machine
has been registered with the Authority; or
(b) move a limited payout machine from one site to another—
(i) without the approval of the Authority; and
(ii) otherwise than under the supervision and in presence of a
representative of the Authority.
(2) A limited payout machine operator shall, during the licensed hours of
operation, maintain adequate control and supervision over all his limited payout machines.
(3) A limited payout machine operator shall pay the licence fee specified
in the Third Schedule.
