29F. Licensing of amusement machines
(1) No person shall operate an amusement machine
unless he holds an amusement machine licence in respect of
that amusement machine.
(2) No licence under subsection (1) shall be
issued unless –
(a) the applicant is a company; and
(b) the appropriate licence fee specified in the
Third Schedule is paid to the Authority.
(3) An amusement machine shall be installed at such
place as the Board may approve.
(4) No person shall install a multi-terminal
amusement machine at his premises.
