32. Rules of racing
(1) A horse racing organiser shall submit to the Board a certified copy of
its Rules of Racing which shall be in accordance with international norms.
(2) Where a horse racing organiser proposes to amend its Rules of Racing, it shall give written notice of its intention to the Board and shall consider
any observation made within a reasonable delay by the Board in relation to
the proposed amendment.
(3) A horse racing organiser shall disseminate for the information of the
general public the Rules of Racing in such manner and at such intervals as it
considers appropriate.
