53A. Registration of collector
(1) Where a local pool promoter or an agent of
a foreign pool promoter, as the case may be, appoints a
collector, he shall apply to the Board for the registration of
that collector.
(2) An application under subsection (1) shall be
made in such form as the Board may approve and shall be
accompanied by –
(a) evidence of the appointment of the
collector and the terms and conditions of
the appointment;
(b) evidence that the collector is a fit and
proper person to obtain a registration
certificate under this Act; and
(c) a location plan and address of the premises
where the collector intends to carry on his
business.

(3) The Board may require the local pool promoter
or an agent of a foreign pool promoter, as the case may be, to
furnish such information as may be reasonably necessary in
order to enable the Board to properly consider the application.
