55. Rules of pool betting
(1) Every local pool promoter shall submit to the Board a certified copy of
its rules of pool betting for approval.
(2) Where a local pool promoter proposes to amend its rules of pool betting, it shall submit to the Board a copy of the proposed amendment for
approval.
(3) Every agent of a foreign pool promoter shall submit to the Board a
certified copy of the rules of pool betting of the foreign pool promoter and
any amendment to those rules.
