Section 71: Prize Fund Account

71. Prize Fund Account (1) The Operator shall maintain and operate with a local bank a Prize Fund Account. (2) There shall be paid into the Prize Fund Account all sums staked on lottery games. (3) There shall be paid out of the Prize Fund Account— (a) all prizes set for the respective lottery games in accordance with the rules made under section 77; (b) any amount due to the Operator under the terms and conditions of its licence; and (c) to the Director-General, the proportion of the net proceeds referred to in section 62 (d).
