77. National Lottery rules
(1) The Operator may, with the approval of the Board, make such rules
not inconsistent with this Act for, or in relation to, the conduct and operation
of lottery games and the establishment and distribution of prize funds.
(2) The Operator shall publish the rules made under subsection (1) in the
Gazette and in 2 daily newspapers.
(3) Any rule made under this section shall take effect as from the date of
the last publication referred to in subsection (2), or on such other date as
may be specified in the rules.
(4) Notwithstanding the Interpretation and General Clauses Act, rules
made under subsection (1) shall not be required to be laid before the National
Assembly.
