80. Control procedure
(1) The Operator shall not conduct a lottery game unless it has a control
procedure approved by the Board for conducting the lottery game.

(2) Where the Operator contravenes an approved control procedure, or
changes the approved control procedure other than under a direction under
section 84 or with the approval of the Board under section 83, the Operator
shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one million rupees.
