Section 82: Change in control procedure

82. Change in control procedure (1) Where the Operator intends to change an approved control procedure, it shall make a written application to the Board. (2) An application under subsection (1) shall be made in writing not later than 3 months before the Operator intends to start conducting lottery games under the proposed new control procedure. (3) Notwithstanding the period specified in subsection (2), the Operator may submit its application at such later time as the Board may allow. (4) An application made under this section shall contain particulars of the proposed changes to the Operator’s approved control procedure. (S. 82 came into operation on 6 December 2007.)
