84. Direction to change approved control procedure
(1) The Board may, in writing, direct the Operator to change an approved
control procedure within such time and in such way as may be specified in
the notice.
(2) The Operator shall comply with the notice referred to in subsection (1).
(3) Where the Operator fails to comply with a direction under subsection (1), it shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a
fine not exceeding one million rupees.
