93B. Personal management licence
(1) No person shall act as director, manager or
of(cid:191)cer of a licensee unless he holds a personal management
licence.
(2) A personal management licence shall be issued in
such manner and under such conditions as may be prescribed.
(p) by repealing section 94 and replacing it by the following
section –
