94A. Time limit to pay licence fee on renewal Where an application for the renewal of a licence is made under section 94, any licence fee specified in the Third Schedule shall— (a) in respect of a licence running for the period 1 January to 15 August, be paid not later than 15 days before the day of the first race meeting; (b) in any other case, be paid before the expiry of the period of the licence specified in that Schedule.
