95. Requirement for further information
The Board may require an applicant for a licence to furnish such information which may be reasonably necessary in order to enable the Board to—
(a) determine whether the applicant, or in the case of a company,
any director, manager or officer of that company, is a fit and
proper person; and
(b) properly consider the application.
