119. Return in respect of a trust or a resident société
(1) Where, in an income year, the trustee of a trust, other than a trust to
which section 46 (3) applies, has distributed to its beneficiaries under the
terms of the trust deed any amount out of income of the trust, the trustee
shall submit to the Director-General, not later than 30 September following
that income year, a return in such manner and in such form as the DirectorGeneral may approve, specifying—
(a) the full name of the beneficiaries and the amount distributed to
each of them; and
(b) such other particulars as the Director-General may require.

(2) Notwithstanding section 47, every société commerciale or any other
resident société deriving income falling under section 10 shall submit to the
Director-General, not later than 30 September following an income year, a
return in such manner and in such form as the Director-General may approve,
specifying—
(a) all income derived by it during the preceding income year; and
(b) such other particulars as the Director-General may require.
