2. Subscription Television Direct to Home Satellite Broadcasting Providers Licence
To provide television services to the public whereby television signals are
transmitted by satellites for direct reception by the general public via receive only
dish antennas and decoders managed by the services provider upon payment of
a monthly subscription fee.
