2B. Subscription Television Direct to Home Satellite Broadcasting and Rebroadcasting Services Provider Licence
To provide television services to the public whereby television signals are
transmitted by satellites for direct reception by the general public via receive-only
dish antennas and decoders and simultaneously allow the same signals received
to be retransmitted for direct reception by the general public on multi platforms
managed by the services provider on payment of a monthly subscription fee.
