5. Retirement Reduction Factor
(1) Where the contributory retirement pension becomes payable before
the retirement age, the Early Retirement Reduction Factor shall be the number of
months from the date the pension becomes payable to the month preceding the
date of the retirement age multiplied by 0.45 per cent.
(2) For the purpose of subparagraph (1), part of a month shall be reckoned as a complete month.
