7A. Transfer of surplus amount of money to Consolidated Fund
Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary in this
Act, the Board shall, at the request of the Minister responsible for the
subject of finance, transfer to the Consolidated Fund, such amount of
surplus money from the Fund and at such times as he may determine.
